Where car roar with gears
blackdog speed shop
I had the privilege of working with a small race car team, helping elevate their brand through strategic video and photography. By creating dynamic promo videos and fresh shop content, I was able to showcase their business at events and strengthen their presence both online and in person. Through updated photography and behind the scenes shop footage, we demonstrated how consistent visual content can drive engagement, attract attention at events, and bring new energy to a growing brand.

Photography
I worked closely with a race car team, capturing the intensity behind the build. From behind-the-scenes shop moments tools, hands, engine parts, raw metal to polished promotional shots ready for the website, the mission was simple: make the cars look as powerful as they feel. I refreshed their visual identity with updated event photos, detailed car features, and strong promotional images used to market vehicles for sale. Every frame was about speed, craftsmanship, and story.
Graphic Design
In addition to capturing automotive photography, I approach every shoot with a graphic designer’s mindset. Because I also work in graphic design, I intentionally compose and shoot images with layout in mind considering negative space, text placement, cropping flexibility, and print usability. I organize and deliver photos in a way that makes it easier for designers to build strong promotional materials, event banners, website listings, and print layouts. My goal isn’t just to take great photos it’s to provide visual assets that integrate seamlessly into branding and marketing materials. This crossdiscipline approach ensures the design team receives high quality, layout ready imagery that supports both digital and print applications.
Video
I documented more than just cars I captured transformation. From filming the team rebuilding engines and restoring classic vehicles, to recording the moment an old car came back to life, I focused on telling the story behind the machine. I created behind-the-scenes content, promotional footage, and social-ready videos for events giving the team dynamic material to share online and use at automotive shows. It wasn’t just content. It was storytelling through speed, steel, and craftsmanship.
